Saltmine Fine Art got it’s name in the early 1990’s when going off to the studio for the day was referred to being “off to the salt mines...” After awhile, it just evolved into the current name.

Marc travels through certain parts of the U.S. and Ireland, spending a lot of solitary time in the landscapes he paints. His paintings are in corporate and private collections all over the world. Prints of his paintings are part of the sets of many Hollywood movies and television shows, including “Dashing Through The Snow”, “Guess Who”, “Georgia Rule”, The New Adventures Of Old Christine”, “Without A Trace”, “24”, “Criminal Minds”, “Two And A Half Men”, “The Good Wife”, “The Mentalist”, “CSI Las Vegas”, “Intelligence”, “Big Bang Theory”, “NCIS”, “Scandal”, “Longmire”, “Bull”, “Person of Interest” and others.
